My son was around 10 yrs old I wanted him to learn about cars We found this 65 mustang convertible in Florida big basket case 27 boxes of parts I had to chain the engine in tie the doors shut and put a sign on back that said honk if parts fall off got it to Cincinnati and had my friend Marvin come check it out he said it was a gt K code very rare car almost every weekend we were working on it I was thinking will we be able to finish the restoration we’ll 11 years later it was done I will always cherish the memories we had working together.
