I travel a lot for work and sometimes am able to bring a kid with me. So I told my oldest two that we were flying to Rhode Island for work and they should come with me. When we landed in Providence, the dealership owner picked us up and played along perfectly, driving us by his dealership where several Supras were parked. He said he knew the owner and maybe we could stop real quick to see them before getting to the job. As we inspected each car, the owner said to the boys, "since you're already here, why don't you just buy it." They laughed and said "yeah right" but what they didn't know was the deal had already been closed, I had been working on this for months! We took it to NYC for a day and began the drive home to Cincinnati. That was three years ago and countless hours have been spent together driving, showing, and busting our knuckles on it... and we wouldn't trade it for the world!
